What data we collect

Only the data you send us through the contact form or by email: name, company, email, country, website, information about your products and your message.

What we use it for

To answer your request and assess a possible collaboration. The legal basis is taking pre-contractual steps at your request and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

How long we keep it

If no collaboration follows, we delete the data within 24 months of the last contact. If it does, we keep the data for the duration of the business relationship and the applicable legal periods.

Who we share it with

• Cloudflare, Inc.: website hosting. Logs technical access data, such as the IP address, for security.
• Web3Forms: delivers form messages to our inbox.
• Google: serves the website's typefaces. When you open the site, your browser connects to Google's servers.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union, based on standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

This website uses no analytics or advertising cookies.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to hugo.ferreira@zua.pt. You can also complain to a data protection authority, in particular in your country of residence or in Portugal (CNPD, cnpd.pt).
